Alan Tait, Managing Director – Pragma Africa
Alan Tait is the Managing Director of Pragma Africa, the company responsible for providing Asset Care Centre services throughout the African continent. Prior to his current position Alan was Business Development Director for both Pragma Products and previously Pragma Africa as well as the Divisional Manager of Pragma Africa's Enterprise Asset Data Management division. Alan joined Pragma in 1995 and was involved in the establishment of the outsourcing BURO division (now called Asset Care Centres) as well as the implementation of Pragma's On Key software solution at numerous clients. Alan is currently the President of the Southern African Asset Management Association (SAAMA) and has been the keynote speaker at a number of local and international conferences. Alan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
